3. Delivery Time

The exact delivery time varies depending on your shipping destination address. Remote areas may require a few more days for final delivery.

Once your order is shipped, we will send a unique tracking number and tracking link to your registered email. You can check your package logistics status and delivery progress online at any time with real-time updates.

6. Return Shipping Rules

For all return requests, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer. Please contact our support team to get the official return shipping address before sending back your package. We do not accept returned items sent to unapproved addresses.
